We'll talk through your rotation — who's playing, how often, and where things break down. You'll tell me what your rehearsals actually look like. I'll tell you whether this fits.

If it doesn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere cheaper that does the job. That happens on plenty of these calls and it's a fine outcome.

What we'll cover

Your team — who's on the rotation, how long they've been playing, and which players are carrying the most weight.

Your rehearsal — how much of it is spent teaching parts that should have been learned at home.

Your rotation — what happens when someone burns out or moves, and how long it takes to rebuild.

Whether the team plan makes sense for your church, or whether individual memberships are the better answer.

What happens after

You'll get a summary of what we talked about and a straight recommendation. No sequence, no follow-up campaign. If it's a fit, we'll set a start date on the call.

Who books these

Worship pastors at churches under 1,000 with volunteer teams. If you've got paid players who show up ready, you don't need this call.
